How to Get Referred

How to Request Housing Placement

Step 1 — Contact a Partner Agency
Connect with a housing authority, nonprofit, or program provider for eligibility screening.

Step 2 — Complete Their Intake Process
Your partner agency will determine eligibility and support services.

Step 3 — Referral to Heal Zion Housing
If approved, the agency can refer you to Heal Zion Housing for placement consideration.
